Before You Begin

Everyone leads in different ways. Understanding how you lead starts with knowing yourself — your strengths, your growth areas, and the habits that shape how you show up every day.

This self-assessment is not a test. There are no right or wrong answers, and your score is not graded. What it will do is give you an honest picture of where you are right now across 12 different leadership skills (we call these elements) — organized into the three big leadership pillars you've been learning about: Know Yourself, Involve Others, and Do Big Things, Together.

Read each statement below and choose the response that best describes you — not who you want to be, but who you actually are right now. The more honest you are, the more useful your results will be.
